HOW IT WORKS
What is SoftWave?
SoftWave is an unfocused shockwave therapy. A handheld applicator sends broad acoustic waves into the injured area, which helps increase circulation, calm inflammation, and signal your tissue to start repairing itself again.
It's especially helpful for injuries that have been hanging around for months, where the body seems to have stopped trying. [Confirm wording with your SoftWave rep before publishing.]

MEET YOUR SOFTWAVE LEAD
Hi, I'm Drew.
I run SoftWave therapy at Matrix, and I love seeing someone who's been unable to hold their kid be able to without pain, seeing runners workout without pain, and patients with neuropathy get feeling back.
You'll see me at every SoftWave visit, so we'll get to know each other well.
QUESTIONS
SoftWave FAQs
Still wondering? Text us anytime at 864-263-3008.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel a tapping sensation that can be a little tender over a sore spot. Drew adjusts the intensity so you stay comfortable.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the injury and how long you've had it. Most patients need [X] sessions. You'll get a clear plan after your first visit.
Is it covered by insurance?
SoftWave is not covered by health insurance, but it may be covered as part of a personal injury case. Ask about our packages.
Can I do SoftWave with adjustments or decompression?
Yes. Many of our patients combine them, and having everything under one roof makes that easy.
Is it right for everyone?
Not always. A few health conditions mean we'll recommend something else, so we screen everyone first.
Tired of waiting for it to heal on its own?
Book a SoftWave consult and let's find out if it's the right fit for you.
