Auto Accident & Personal Injury Care
Hurt in a wreck? We'll find it, treat it, and handle the paperwork.
Car accidents, work injuries, slips and falls. Even a "minor" one can strain your neck, back and soft tissue in ways that don't show up right away. Dr. Molly gives every injury patient a thorough evaluation, a clear plan, and the documentation your case needs.

WHY YOU STILL HURT
"The ER said I was fine. Why do I still hurt?"
The ER's job is to rule out life-threatening problems like fractures and internal bleeding, and they do it well. What they usually aren't set up to do is look closely at how your spine, joints and muscles are moving after a collision.
Whiplash and other soft tissue injuries often take 24 to 72 hours, sometimes longer, to fully show up, and they can linger for months if they aren't addressed.
Your first visit includes
✓ A detailed history of the accident and your symptoms
✓ Orthopedic and neurological testing
✓ Range-of-motion and joint function testing
✓ X-rays in office, or an imaging referral when needed
✓ A written treatment plan and a same-day adjustment when appropriate

JUST HAD A CRASH?
Here's what to do next
Save this page. Taking these steps early protects both your health and your claim.
1
Get safe and call the police
Even for a small accident, the police report is one of the most important documents in any claim.
2
Get emergency care if you need it
Go to the ER for severe pain, a head injury, loss of consciousness, or anything that feels serious.
3
Collect the details
The report number, the other driver's name, insurance company and policy number, and photos of both cars.
4
See us as soon as possible
Ideally within the first few days, even if you feel okay. [Confirm: no referral needed.
5
Fill out our Auto Collision Intake
Do it from your phone before your visit to save time.
COVERAGE
How will my care be paid for?
Every accident is different. These are the situations we see most. Call us and we'll walk through yours.
The other driver was at fault
Your care is generally the responsibility of the at-fault driver's insurance. If you have an attorney, we can often treat you on a lien or letter of protection so you don't pay up front.
The other driver was uninsured
South Carolina requires uninsured motorist (UM) coverage on every auto policy, and many drivers also carry underinsured (UIM) coverage. Either may help cover your care.
You have MedPay coverage
Medical Payments coverage on your own auto policy can pay for accident-related care regardless of who was at fault.
You were at fault
Your own MedPay and/or health insurance may cover your treatment. We'll help you check.
Coverage depends on your specific policy and situation. This isn't legal advice. We're happy to point you toward an attorney if you need one.
