SUBLUXATION-BASED CHIROPRACTIC · WITH DR. MOLLY

Your spine protects your nervous system. We keep it moving.

Every move you make runs through your nervous system, and your spine is its armor. When a vertebra gets stuck or shifts out of place, it's called a subluxation. Dr. Molly finds and corrects subluxations with precise adjustments, so your body can move, function and adapt the way it was designed to.

THE ROOT CAUSE

What is a subluxation?

A subluxation is a vertebra that has lost its normal motion or position. It can put stress on the nerves and tissues around it, and your body compensates with tension, stiffness and changes in posture. Left alone, it rarely fixes itself.

1 · STRESS

Life happens

Physical stress (falls, sports, desk posture), chemical stress (diet, sleep) and emotional stress all load your spine.

2 · SUBLUXATION

A vertebra gets stuck

A segment loses its normal motion or shifts, irritating the nerves and muscles around it.

3 · COMPENSATION

Your body works around it

Muscles tighten, posture shifts, and other joints pick up the slack. Over time that shows up as pain.

MEET YOUR DECOMPRESSION LEAD

Hi, I'm Jayde.

I head up decompression at Matrix, and I'll be with you at every session. My favorite part is the day someone tells me they are able to drive without pain, or sleep through the night, or pick up their grandkids after doing decompression.

Decompression FAQs

Still wondering? Text us anytime at 864-263- 3008.

Does it hurt?

No. It feels like a slow, gentle stretch. Most people find it relaxing.

How is this different from an adjustment?

An adjustment restores motion to a joint. Decompression is a sustained, controlled stretch aimed at the discs. Many patients benefit from both.

Do I need an MRI first?

Not always. Bring any imaging you have, and Dr. Molly will let you know if more is needed.

How do I know if decompression is right for me?

Dr. Molly will help you determine this following case history, exams, and neurological findings.

Surgery doesn't have to be the next step.

Book an exam and find out if spinal decompression can help you get back to the things you love.
