Meet Dr. Molly: Your Trusted Chiropractor in Greenville, SC!
Originally from Indiana, Dr. Molly brings her passion for chiropractic care and holistic wellness to Greenville, South Carolina. She believes deeply in the body’s innate ability to heal and is committed to helping patients live healthy, empowered lives.
A graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic and certified in both the Webster and Thompson Techniques, Dr. Molly provides specialized, results-driven care tailored to each individual. Whether supporting pregnancy, optimizing athletic performance, or relieving chronic pain, her focus is always on addressing the root cause to create lasting healing.
Since opening her practice in 2019, she has cared for professional athletes, musicians, and families throughout the community. Her skill and precision have earned recognition beyond the Upstate.
Above all, Dr. Molly creates an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and supported. She takes time to educate, collaborate, and develop personalized plans so each patient feels confident and actively involved in their journey to better health.

Alee Bagwell

Alee is our Office Manager and oversees patient coordination, communication, and insurance. With her extensive experience, she keeps everything running seamlessly — and you’ll always be greeted by her warm smile.
Originally from Connecticut, Alee has called Greenville home after living in Texas and New Mexico. With a background in massage therapy, she values holistic wellness and experienced firsthand the impact of chiropractic care during her pregnancy with Dr. Molly.
Outside the office, she enjoys slow weekends with her husband and son, good coffee, and sunny days at the lake.
Hayley Smith

Hayley, a Greenville native and University of South Carolina graduate, brings a strong background in Public Health and legal support to her role as Business Manager. With extensive experience as a paralegal, she oversees office logistics, including personal injury, auto collision, and workers’ compensation cases.
She manages detailed case files, tracks key statistics, and ensures smooth, efficient operations. Hayley is also our lead X-ray technician and is certified by the state of South Carolina. Known for her precision, organization, and strong work ethic, she expertly handles complex legal, clinical, and administrative matters, making her an essential part of the Matrix team.
Jayde Miller

Jayde serves as our Tech Chiropractic Assistant and leads the Decompression Department at Matrix. She oversees patient coordination and ensures clinical systems run efficiently. Known for her organization, drive, and proactive problem-solving, she plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient care. Jayde is also X-ray certified in South Carolina, bringing added clinical expertise to the team.
Originally from Indiana, she holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Southern Indiana and relocated to Greenville to be closer to family. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, spending time with her puppy, Whiskey, and making memories with loved ones.
Drew Howard

Drew serves as Head of SoftWave at Matrix Chiropractic, leading the Tissue Regeneration Department and overseeing patient coordination within the program. She is dedicated to helping patients experience measurable, life-changing results through SoftWave therapy. Known for her strong work ethic, precision, and attention to detail, Drew ensures every treatment and process is executed at the highest level.
A Greenville native, she brings a passion for business, marketing, and serving others to her role. Her leadership and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable part of the Matrix team.

Meet Sophie, our lovable office dog! Sophie is the heart and soul of our workspace, always brightening up the office with her friendly demeanor and infectious energy. She’s a dedicated team member who works hard to keep spirits high, but when it’s time for a break, she’s all about treats and cuddles. Sophie loves being around people, and her favorite pastime is receiving as many pets as she can. Whether she’s attending meetings or lounging around, Sophie is always ready to spread joy and show how hard work can be fun!
